We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by handling their reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, and policies.
  • Process reservations and bookings through our reservation software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve reservation processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using reservation software and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
