Position Overview

We are looking for a B2B sales professional who will be responsible for one of our established and leading business units in the fragrance industry. He will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale business by reinforcing relationships with our existing partners, as well as cold calling to set appointments to new businesses and follow up with warm leads from marketing. He will also be leading and managing a sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Sell fragrances wholesale to business partners, as well as to small and medium factories to generate revenue, starting with a comprehensive understanding and identifying customers’ needs
  • Utilize cold calling and email to generate new business leads in the market
  • Engage and follow-up with existing customers and new prospects
  • Generate leads and build relationships by finding new potential sales outlets and nurturing warm prospects
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects as well as the full sales cycle
  • Develop and help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact
  • Conduct online marketing research on the new business leads
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Own a good address book and good relationships with purchasing managers in the following industries is a plus: soap, shampoo, candles, air-freshners, aroma diffusers, wet-wipes, air purifiers, etc. is a definite plus

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in sales with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with a sales team
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and face to face
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at consolidating and growing existing business, researching leads and starting new relationships
  • Must be goal oriented, persuasive and self-motivated
