Position Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled Brand Marketing Intern to support the management of the brand in the ME region and to deliver the best-in-class executions of the strategy.
The successful candidate will be aware of the agile methodology to coordinate diverse tasks and work hand in hand with different stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, adaptability and proactivity are key to succeed at this job.
Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager
BRAND & MARKETING REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Help compile the monthly results, insights & learnings
- Help analyze the performance of the brand and competition
- Analyze the performance of best sellers and novelty
- Analyze the outcome of investments with content creators and make-up artists
- Price competition study to help price positioning analysis and implementation
- Help maintain the assortment for retailers
SUPPLIER COORDINATION
- Liaise and follow-up with different suppliers on project basis and respect deliverables and timelines
- Creation and payment of suppliers
VISUAL MERCHANDIZING
- Crosscheck correct implementation of merchandizing updates
- Supervise VM installations in the region
DIGITAL
- Assortment and stock digital weekly scrub
- Novelty p-page creation
- Assets creation for digital visibility
- Experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the region’s specificities (Middle East)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- English fluency and Arabic is preferable
- Ability to prioritize and to meet time critical deadlines
- Dynamic and passionate spirit
- Detail orientated, ability to adapt and pivot with flexibility
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
