Talent 360 is hiring - interior and exterior designer - to one of our clients.

Job role:

Consult with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints
Conduct site analyses and space planning to optimize the use of available space
Develop design concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to showcase design ideas
Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to bring the design vision to life
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and client requirements
Provide design presentations and progress updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities

Requirements:

1-2 years of professional experience in interior design

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
Excellent space planning, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other design professionals
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concept
Familiarity with graphic design and digital media creation
Passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics
Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in design (interior, exterior, F&B)
