Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:


  • To support the Delivery manager, manage projects end to end


Other tasks:


  • Work closely with Delivery Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Oversee project procurement requirements
  • Support Project Manager daily to manage projects and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Customer /Vendor/ Internal coordination, communication, follow up and update on project status and tasks and escalate to line manger if needed
  • Internal process triggering and follow up.
  • Follow up with the team on tasks list and time sheet entry
  • Generating required reports (Management Dashboard and weekly reports)
  • Coordinating project to do list and project activities
  • Support Delivery Manager plan change requests, resource allocation and project planning.
  • Support Tech team prioritized tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones
  • Identify Risks and communicated to line manager
  • Manage all documentation and digital assets
  • Travel to customer/vendor locations within the country


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum Education: IT/CS engineering (bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum Experience: Fresher to 2 years’ experience
