Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- To support the Delivery manager, manage projects end to end
Other tasks:
- Work closely with Delivery Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Oversee project procurement requirements
- Support Project Manager daily to manage projects and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Customer /Vendor/ Internal coordination, communication, follow up and update on project status and tasks and escalate to line manger if needed
- Internal process triggering and follow up.
- Follow up with the team on tasks list and time sheet entry
- Generating required reports (Management Dashboard and weekly reports)
- Coordinating project to do list and project activities
- Support Delivery Manager plan change requests, resource allocation and project planning.
- Support Tech team prioritized tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones
- Identify Risks and communicated to line manager
- Manage all documentation and digital assets
- Travel to customer/vendor locations within the country
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Education: IT/CS engineering (bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum Experience: Fresher to 2 years’ experience
