We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant or Specialist Urologist to join our team. As a Consultant or Specialist Urologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional urological care to our clients.
As a Consultant or Specialist Urologist, your main responsibility will be to diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. You will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform surgical procedures, and provide specialized urologic care. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the urologic health and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive urological examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat various urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and prostate issues
- Perform surgical procedures, such as urologic oncology surgeries, kidney transplants, and prostatectomies
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, including medication management and lifestyle modifications
- Provide ongoing urological care, monitor patients' progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of urology through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist Urologist
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various urological conditions
- Strong knowledge of urology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex urological issues
