As a Consultant or Specialist Internal Medicine at SearchPlus HR, your role will encompass diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic diseases in adult patients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and symptoms
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic diseases and conditions in adult patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, imaging studies, and biopsies
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
• Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments, adhering to established guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide patient education and counseling on managing their medical conditions
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in internal medicine through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant or Specialist
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Internal Medicine
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine practices and the latest advancements in Internal Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
