JD for Senior HR Recruiter

Education - UG/PG Graduates

Exp - 2+ years

Location - Bangalore ( Indiranagar)-Dubai

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to 15 days

Responsibilities For Recruiter

• Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
• Source, screen and schedule interviews with superior heads & with hiring managers
• Recruit for Internal requirements.
• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• Maintaining the daily reports in a tracker & updating it on a daily basis

Qualifications For Recruiters

• Excellent Communication skills & Recruitment skills must.
• Should have hands-on experience in the full-cycle of recruitment preferred.
• Energetic & organized.
• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Well versed in oral and written business communications.
• Multitasking.
• Time management & prioritizing the work.
