Pediatric Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Pediatric Surgeon to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has a successful track record of providing surgical care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Responsibilities: - Conduct surgical procedures on infants, children, adolescents, and young adults - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients - Collaborate with medical staff to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans - Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss surgical procedures and answer questions or concerns they may have - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Maintain patient records and document all procedures in electronic health records Requirements: - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric surgery - Valid state medical license - Completion of pediatric surgical residency program - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work within a team-centered approach and collaborate with other medical staff
