As a Construction Project Manager at MIRA, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality structures. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in high-rise construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in high-rise building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with specifications.
