Job Description

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role of the Electrician is to successfully manage all electrical assistance and work physical work execution related to minor works and rectifications. The role serves to primarily close out minor electrical works for the client services team

Operational Responsibility

• Coordinate and complete site floor box works when required. Checking that all elements are correctly working up to Site Managers standard
• Ensure that all modified DB`s are connected and working correctly. Testing and communicating the final result with the Site Manager for sign off
• Assist the site supervisor when required in purchasing of local electrical materials, ensuring that all required hardware is available for a smooth electrical installation.
• Supervise and monitor the quality of the MEP sub contractors, offering assistance and guidance for any electrical hardware installations.
• Adjust and refine lighting levels, light height in line with project specifications for new works and or clients requests during DLP minor adjustments
• Align all cables physically on site in accordance with the Site Managers direction. Pulling from DB to floor box, making allowances for any builders works
  
  

Person Specifications (Essential)

• Electrical trade qualification
• 3 years on site electrician experience
• Health and safety knowledge
• Basic level of IT knowledge (emails, microsft, excel)

• Work experience from an interior fit out company in the UAE
