- Profit & Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of care.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Non-Clinical Operations: Manage non-clinical functions, including administration, facilities, and support services, to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's long-term strategy, particularly in areas of expansion and service enhancement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and international standards, particularly in health and safety.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, healthcare professionals, and government authorities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Proven track record in managing P&L in a healthcare setting.
- Extensive experience in both clinical and non-clinical operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a plus.
- Clinical Degree or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
