Job Purpose

Craft informative and engaging content to educate audiences on the group's services across various platforms.

Technical Accountabilities

  • Research and write clear, concise, and accurate content on healthcare topics, treatments, and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Develop content for social media posts, website pages, and print advertisements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends and adapt content accordingly.

Measures

  • Increased website traffic and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Positive feedback on content clarity and value from patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Improved SEO ranking for relevant healthcare keywords.
  • Timely completion of content creation projects.

Communication and working relationships

  • Works closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into impactful content.
  • Works with designers, media buyers, and web developers to ensure consistency of tone of voice across all marketing materials.
  • Reports to Digital Marketing Manager.

Job latitude / decision making authority

  • Works with Digital Marketing Manager, other team members and other departments.
  • Works within defined policies procedures and work processes.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and informative content in Arabic and English.
  • From 3 - 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to research medical topics and translate them into easy-to-understand language.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Experience with social media content creation and management (a plus).
  • A working understanding of healthcare terminology (preferred).
