SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Consultant in Transfusion Medicine to join our team. As a Specialist Consultant in Transfusion Medicine, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of blood and blood products. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement transfusion protocols, provide expert consultation, and monitor transfusion practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the transfusion services
- Recruit and screen blood donors to maintain a safe and adequate blood supply
- Perform blood typing and compatibility testing
- Ensure the appropriate and safe use of blood and blood products for patients
