JOB PURPOSE:
Administer the design, delivery and support of ADNOC Onshore Upstream Information Management Petro-technical solutions and services that continuously evolve strategically with the objective to improve upstream operations and efficiency. Support implementation of Digital Transformation programs and all ADNOC Onshore upstream petro-technical solutions, data visualization & dashboards, data analytics, real time data, business process workflows, Petro-technical computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Accountable and responsible for all Upstream Technical Data Petro-technical solutions including but not limited to Geoscience data, Drilling data, Reservoir data, Production data, Operations data, Engineering data, Geospatial data, Planning data, Economic data etc.
- Covering the various data types/formats such as structured data, unstructured data, Static data, Real Time data, corporate data, Master data, Operational data, Analytical data, Interpretated data and Big data
- Responsible for all phases of analytic lifecycle, analysis of trends and patterns in upstream data, and provide the functional support to the various technical users’ communities in assets & functions
- Accountable for the overall process of petro-technical application rationalization and standardization processes. Lead the evolution of ADNOC Upstream Data Hub solution in alignment with Upstream Data
- HUB Strategy by integrating ADNOC Onshore data from different technical data repositories and delivery of information for upstream projects & users.
- Develop ADNOC Onshore upstream Petro-technical portfolio strategy and monitor implementation across
- ADNOC Onshore assets and functions. Ensure fit-for-purpose Data Architecture and Framework for all petro-technical solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Develop the upstream data visualization and analytics solutions, and deliver the Big Data projects , IOT,
- AI and Machine Learning projects that contribute to ADNOC Onshore Digital transformation.
- Implement solutions, and develop integrations for enhancing collection, retrieval and presentation of upstream information across the corporate assets and functions.
- Provide effective timely support as per the SLA to the users of petro-technical applications across the assets and functions.
- Manage petro-technical solution design, testing, implementation and functional improvements. Deliver
- High Performance Computing Environment for seismic, simulation and big data analytics computing for all assets/functions.
- Work with IT in the demand management/annual planning process by analyzing the requirement of software upgrade/testing new technologies/subscriptions/hardware procurement, budgeting, license management, and delivery of petro-technical solution to enable the Assets/Functions’ users. provide trainings as part of data management academy to ensure the development of users across assets and functions in collaboration with HC, Training focal points and Vendors including assessment of training and development needs, preparation of structured development programs, and monitoring and reporting of progress.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferably in Subsurface discipline
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years’ experience in a similar position within oil & gas industry
