You will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that they are meeting their targets and providing high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for our clients, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
  • Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with suitable candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing high-quality service to clients
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
  • Handle any escalations from clients or candidates in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and marketing, to ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients and candidates
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential clients and candidates. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting recruitment targets
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
