We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in the dynamic banking and fintech industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
  • Assist customers with transactions, account updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to achieving team and company goals through excellent customer service.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
