About the role:

As an in-store marketing operations specialist, you will work with our retail and production agency partners to drive business results. You will support in-store campaigns for Tabby merchants that align with both Tabby and partner marketing goals and objectives.

You should feel comfortable thinking across several different industries, including fashion, home, travel, lifestyle, and omnichannel retail. You should also be equipped to build strong, long-term relationships with trade marketing counterparts at key Tabby clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of a broad range of materials for in-store visual merchandising, brochures, communications, physical assets and partner presentations across markets.
  • Manage communications initiatives and coordinate with third-party associates, print agencies & vendors on successful implementation.
  • Ensure consistency in the brand image as per the concept guidelines.
  • Maintain solid relationships with brand marketing teams across markets in parallel to running campaigns with them
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to coordinate cost, placement, and scheduling.
  • Act as the representative between the company and external suppliers to help execute offline campaigns
  • Support the development and implementation of offline marketing strategies across various business streams, market segments, and product ranges.
  • Manage budgets with internal and external stakeholders
  • Auditing in-store activations, success metrics and in-store performance
  • Track monthly and quarterly production budgets


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 1-2 years experience in retail marketing, account management or material production
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation capability and demonstrated experience with working with Microsoft Suite and Google Sheets.
  • Brief design and Photoshop background is preferred but not required
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Can work collaboratively across teams (marketing, sales, business development, finance, data and account management)
