We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, particularly in the maritime and engineering sectors
- Manage employee benefits, including health, travel, and insurance schemes
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, including forecasting for recruitment and training
- Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and fair treatment
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR management within the engineering services industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills in managing HR teams and driving organizational change
- Proficiency in HRIS and analytical tools for workforce planning and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
