Your tasks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Working closely with existing clients to build relationship and participate on new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring the terms and conditions match with the company's compliance policies.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to target new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and outcomes on weekly basis.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, and inter-cultural skills
- Business development strength with Sales, Key Account and Marketing experience
- Has 3-5 years of experience in global projects & industry solutions i.e. renewable energy, oil & gas, etc.
- Graduate of any field.
