Job Title: Contracting & Finishing Sales Engineer Representative (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Contracting & Finishing Sales Engineer
Representative. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to kick-start your career in technical sales within the
construction industry. As a Sales Engineer Representative, you will combine your engineering knowledge with sales
skills to support business development efforts, engage with clients, and promote our contracting and finishing
services. This role provides comprehensive training and mentorship to build a strong foundation for a successful
career in sales and engineering.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Sales Support:
- o Learn and understand the technical aspects of our contracting and finishing services, including construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- o Provide technical support and assistance to clients in understanding the benefits and applications of our solutions.
2. Business Development:
- o Assist in identifying new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients in the construction industry.
- o Support board of management members in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations for client meetings.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- o Build relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
- o Attend client meetings and presentations alongside senior team members to gain exposure and experience.
4. Sales Strategy Implementation:
- o Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- o Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads.
5. Learning and Development:
- o Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of industry trends.
- o Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in construction technology relevant to contracting and finishing.
6. Sales Reporting and Administration:
- o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project opportunities.
- o Prepare reports and updates on sales progress, achievements, and challenges for review by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and business development within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM software.
Working Conditions:
The role may require occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, and project sites.
