Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Freelance Recruiter. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent for various IT and non-IT roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a commission-only opportunity, no basic salary can be offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to extending job offers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).
• Fluent in English (B2/C1), any additional European language will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the company culture.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-employed and able to invoice.
