About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for HR Manager to join our Jumeirah Beach Hotel team. 

Job Purpose:
To oversee all aspects of human resources management and development within an organization, ensuring the implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals. This role fosters a positive work culture and ensures compliance with employment laws while supporting the organization's overall mission through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and internal standards.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Human Resources.

- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
