We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role is essential in ensuring that the HR department supports the companys objectives and fosters a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee attendance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve the overall employee experience.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage employee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
- Support the management team in disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
