Your job in brief:

As a Call Center Specialist, you'll have the chance to transform challenging experiences into meaningful and rewarding interactions.


What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound, outbound calls, and chats.
  • Present the company services in a structured and professional manner, while also thinking out of the box to address unique scenarios.
  • Investigate customer concerns and complaints, provide effective solutions to resolve them
  • Track customer feedback and comments to generate new ideas for the marketing and development team
  • Process customer payments and adjustments to maintain financial accounts


What you'll bring along:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and chats while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software, such as Ziwo, is a plus
