• Experience and Qualifications:
• Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Social Service, or Family Counseling.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in designing services and programs, supervising social and psychological services.
• Nationality: Emirati, Gulf, Arab.
  
• Job Duties:
• Designing social programs to meet community needs.
• Supporting programs through supervision, management, and evaluation.
• Providing support to various departments in implementing programs.
• Planning and organizing studies of social phenomena and preparing reports.
• Including innovative ideas in providing services suited to the target group.
• Preparing awareness statements and developing current services.
• Preparing a vision for international days and new services.
• Preparing training packages for services.
