Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive/Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible to drive corporate sales growth by acquiring new accounts and maximizing revenue from existing clients for travel management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and present tailored travel management proposals to potential corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing corporate accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of corporate travel programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cozmo Travel's products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Cozmo Travel's corporate services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Operational excellence:
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes.
- Use data analytics to identify areas for operational improvement.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Experience in managing corporate clients and travel programs, 3 years and above, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Travel Management System, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
