PetroApp, a leading SaaS company in the MENA region, is seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisition Supervisor to join our team. As an Acquisition Supervisor at PetroApp, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our acquisition strategies to attract new customers and drive business growth.

In this role, you will lead a team of acquisition specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective acquisition campaigns. You will analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and implement strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, account management and customer acquisition, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of acquisition specialists to achieve acquisition targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to attract new customers and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify target segments and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute effective acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate acquisition performance, analyze data and trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong B2b / Corporate experience in a Must.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in customer acquisition or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful acquisition strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SAAS, Insurance, Telecommunication, Fintech industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
