Job Responsibilities:
1-Prepare job applications in coordination with the appointments department and department managers.
2-Prepare and update employee files, including justifications for appointments using approved models within the company.
3-Complete the hiring process in the system, accurately entering and updating employee data.
4-Prepare insurance files for new employees and submit them to the insurance specialist in the region.
5-Monitor the expiration of probationary periods and work contracts on specified dates, in coordination with the HR supervisor.
Job Specification:
1)Bachelor’s degree.
2)0-1 year of experience.
3)Good command of English.
4)Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5)Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
