- Assist in the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dubai Chamber’s IT infrastructure, which includes servers, storage, networks, operating systems, and other technology components.
- Make sure that the IT infrastructure is highly available, reliable, scalable, and meets the organization’s performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in developing new infrastructure solutions that meet the Chamber’s operational and strategic needs.
- Provide support in the day-to-day management of IT operations, such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
- Help manage the provision of IT infrastructure user support services to ensure prompt assistance, addressing queries and needs as per defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that IT infrastructure vendors deliver products and services according to agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Support reporting manager in preparing reports on the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure for the Director – Digital Solutions.
- Adhere to information security policies, processes, and programs, and report any security breaches or incidents to the direct management.
- Suggest improvements to departmental procedures and ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, systems, and controls that cover the assigned areas of responsibility, align with regulatory requirements, meet business needs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices based on "international leading practices" to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to ensure employee safety and delivery of high-quality services.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all reports that meet the Department’s requirements, policies, and standards.
- Perform other relevant tasks as required for the job purpose.

- Bachelor’s degree in digital systems engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT operations and support, including incident, problem, and change management
- Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and OCI.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
