About The Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is the driving force behind TikTok's revenue growth. As we continue to expand, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and retaining the top talent essential for our ongoing success.
The GBS Talent Acquisition team operates on a global scale, partnering with all teams responsible for revenue generation across TikTok. We specialize in hiring sales professionals, operational experts, data-driven analysts, and strategists with deep industry knowledge. Our team is instrumental in the GBS organization’s growth, leveraging strategic internal and external partnerships to build stronger, high-performing teams.
To foster collaboration and strengthen cross-functional partnerships, our organization currently follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office 4 days a week or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and specific requirements may evolve.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand the organizational model, aligning sourcing and hiring strategies with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent to meet organizational hiring goals. Lead negotiations for complex compensation packages, ensuring the successful acquisition of high-caliber candidates across various levels.
- Leverage data, market insights, and research to enhance our competitive edge in global talent markets. Influence hiring decisions by providing strategic guidance and ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Act as the employer branding champion. Guide hiring managers and interviewers to effectively represent TikTok's culture throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with our brand values and mission.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of the tech industry across the Middle East with extensive talent networks to support effective sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including direct sourcing, behavioral and motivation-based interviewing, employment law, salary trends, and relationship management in MENA markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally, regionally, and globally with multiple stakeholders, clients, and teams.
- Proven ability to manage a complex multi-market headcount plan and independently create a strategic plan for effective team delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Sales client groups.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Turkish and/or Arabic to communicate with external vendors.
