University graduate with 3+ years of experience, BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Fluent in English, French is a Plus.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Effective customer relations management
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Job's scale
Management of 1 retail area Sales activities including fuels, lubricant, Bonjour and food services for a portfolio of 10 stations
Managing staff consists of SITE/SHOP managers, assistant site manager, cashiers, chefs, customer attendants, shift supervisors
Operated network sites should be the role model to other CODO / DODO stations
Work in close co-operation with the other units of the company for smooth operation
The job requires all aspects of marketing skills from strategic analysis to operational implementation: from being able to conduct strategic and marketing analysis to understand customers’ expectations and anticipate their needs, to being able to develop the right products and services.
Activity
- Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the Total Group.
- Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's golden rules by sharing the safety culture with the team he / she manages
- Prepares Monthly a detailed action plan for sales of Fuels for his / her accounts
- Achieve monthly targets set for all activities he / she manage
- Checks that all safety tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
- Manage to apply all operational procedures for Fuels, lubes, Bonjour, F&B and services
- Official handover for all site stocks to shop or site manager
- Assure the maximum level of safety for truck unloading
- Proper usage for TOTAL Retail mobile application “360 ”
- Handle customers complaints such as:
- Financial situation for young dealers
- Manage the staff training, meetings, hiring, vacations etc..
- Good awareness to the market and competitors’ news and additions
- See to proper implementation of all activities available in sites Services, bonjour, Lubricants commercial programming: communication tools, highlighting products, promotions, etc.
- Participate in shop food and services developments and interfere in shop stocks ordering by shop manager
- Always insure cash deposits accurately recorded on system, and assure the proper reconciliations for all site financial account
- Achieve the highest control for all operations and cash cycles
- Monthly cash audit and fuels stock control
- Cross functionality with all involved department (Finance, Customer service, Human Recourses, HSEQ, Maintenance, Lubricants, Total card, Retail Marketing & back office)
- Train the operators to comply with the HSEQ rules and regulations (Top Service, safety, Tom card, stations procedures Manual etc.).
- Must assure to hire the required Head counts as per budget for each site finance department controls
