This is a client-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude. Ideally you have relevant experience including using and deploying Microsoft solutions (MS CA, Defender ATP, Azure AD, Azure Information Protection etc).
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and developing MS Security and associated tools to ensure the group has fit for purpose, effective and efficient technology to manage Projects hardware and software assets.
Lead and manage projects which actively support the business objectives and ensure these are delivered within timescales, to budget, any risks/issues are recognized and alleviated, and work is allocated appropriately to teams and individuals.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the performance of installed systems by successful handling and reporting of all technical problems.
Experience working in critical network operational environment with a keen interest in security operations and incident handling.
Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Upgrades security systems by monitoring security environment; identifying security gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements.
Remote and on-site deployment, troubleshooting and system integration, work on POC and production deployments, integrate cloud applications with security products, troubleshoot integration issues,
Provide second level technical support to clients, assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Perform other related duties for MS security services and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / MTA / MCSA / MCSE / AZ 500 / MS 500 or equivalent professional certification.
