Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent
· Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
· Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.
· Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
