As a Villa Chinese Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Chinese cuisine and create exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests in luxury villas. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, using authentic recipes and techniques
- Create customized menus based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Source and select high-quality ingredients, ensuring the authenticity and freshness of the dishes
- Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and culinary concepts
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and manage multiple orders and requests
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, explaining dishes and making recommendations

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, preferably in luxury villas or high-end restaurants
- Deep knowledge of Chinese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Passion for creating exceptional and authentic Chinese dishes
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Food handling certification or relevant culinary degree is preferred
- Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
