Join SearchPlus HR as a Recruitment Consultant and contribute to our mission of connecting talented professionals with leading companies. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the industry landscape will enable you to provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients
- Collect and provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
