We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique hiring needs within the F&B industry, including front-of-house and back-of-house roles. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with our company’s values and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the F&B sector. Post job openings on relevant platforms, including industry-specific job boards, social media, and company career pages. Proactively source candidates through networking, job fairs, and industry events. Build and maintain a network of talent for future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Interviews: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for HR leadership to analyse recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant labour laws and regulations.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
