ATAD International General Trading is seeking a highly motivated After-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients in the UAE and MENA region. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions.
Conduct regular technical inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Develop and deliver technical training programs to customers to enhance their understanding of our products.
Prepare and present regular reports on after-sales activities, including key metrics, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales support or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of Machine Tools, Building Materials, and Industrial Steel.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
