We are dedicated to providing a seamless and convenient healthcare experience for our customers, and we are currently seeking a Head of People & Culture to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of various HR programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.
- Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee and manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure accurate and comprehensive HR data and reporting.
- Manage office operations and handle office and help desk purchasing.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
