Chefaa is a leading online health and wellness platform that aims to revolutionize the way people access their medications and non-pharmaceuticals. With our innovative app, customers can easily order their prescriptions online and have them conveniently delivered to their doorstep. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and convenient healthcare experience for our customers, and we are currently seeking a Head of People & Culture to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of various HR programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee and manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate and comprehensive HR data and reporting.
  • Manage office operations and handle office and help desk purchasing.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR management and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience with startups and SMEs exposure.
  • Exceptional knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
