About the role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will report directly to the Head Of People Partner, You will take the lead in recruiting for all (GTM) teams, and you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. You will own and nurture all stakeholder relationships, playing a vital role in enhancing and representing our talent brand. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our business and GTM teams, particularly in key markets such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days in person in the office, we have a sweet office at Maddi (75/14 St 10, Maadi, Cairo)
We are seeking someone with the following skills:
-Between 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment.
-Proven track record hiring for business recruiting, GTM Managers, and leadership business roles in startups within an in-house environment preferably.
-Experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management, you also bring experience recruiting in Egypt, KSA, and Pakistan market
-Proven experience managing a high volume of recruitment
-A self-starter, able to multi-task and self-prioritise
-Skilled in project management (able to effectively manage expectations, follow timelines, and communicate progress)
-Successfully move candidates through our pipeline and ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.
-Develop relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure success in your role; this includes the talent team, hiring managers, HR/comp, and other cross-functional partners
-Fluent in English, Experienced working in international team settings
-Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset
-Diligent about tracking data to inform your recruiting strategies and identify patterns in your data to build better hiring strategies.
