Role purpose

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you are required to have in depth marketing experience and a leader and passion for digital technologies. You will be responsible to build and manage a team of digital marketers with forward thinking and innovative approach to establishing a strong digital presence for the company while also working closely with senior leaders to develop the overall digital strategy for the region.

As the Head of Digital Marketing you should be able to successfully drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve the business goals.

Extensive experience across all digital marketing fields including Performance Marketing, SEO, Analytics, Content creation, Social Media, Lead nurturing and website management is essential.

Key Accountabilities

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage the digital marketing strategy

Manage and develop the digital marketing team in ME and Africa while supporting digital marketing teams across countries

Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels while measuring ROI and KPI’s

Follow up the implementation of the digital events with the webmasters Working on weekly basis with the Head of SEO on the SEO tasks for SP & IELTS websites.

Owner of the regional Expo events from a digital standpoint

Working with the Marketing operation managers in UAE, KSA, Egypt, Oman, Turkey, Pakistan and Nigeria to enhance the quality/ convert more leads.

Oversee all the company's social media accounts

Measure and manage online content

Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis

Build and inbound marketing plan

Organize and lead digital marketing team

Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Required Experience

7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

Familiarity with web design

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Excellent people management skills
