Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department at Palazzo Versace Dubai in planning and executing strategies to promote the hotel and drive revenue. This role involves taking part in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, organizing events, and analysing market trends to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation. The candidate will also support the team in meeting all administrative needs and support all marketing and administrative activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments all the necessary steps for delivering the marketing campaigns or 3rd parties requirements – photo shoots, site visits, media events, vendors, etc.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses related to marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Social Media:
  • Manage and update the hotel's social media profiles (across several business pillars).
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including drafting newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate marketing and PR events, such as media events and media tours.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and local businesses to support event execution.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Director in executing strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role in luxury hotels, with familiarity with marketing and administrative tools.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with marketing software. Digital and social media experience are a plus.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for special events or campaigns.
