Job Title: Cosmeceutical Line Manager | Medical Background

Scope:

A Line manager in the cosmeceutical field who is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day activities and operations related to a specific business unit within a pharmaceutical company. This role involves overseeing various aspects, including strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the cosmaceutical business unit, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends to drive growth and competitiveness in the industry.
• Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the cosmaceutical business unit, including budget management, cost control, and revenue forecasting to ensure profitability and financial stability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment, setting performance goals, and ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day operations.
• Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies that boost market penetration and meet revenue targets.
• Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize the daily operational activities within the cosmaceutical business unit, ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and efficient production workflows to meet business goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales specifically in cosmeceutical field.

Bachelor degree in pharmacy or any medical discipline.

Strong Leadership and Team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to set business sales plan and executes it professionally.
