Plan and schedule on-site missions related to the services scope of Secure Power, and Data centers.
Execute on-site activities (installation, Testing, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and EcoFit) of Secure Power, and Data centers.
Supervise subcontractors' activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Review and approve subcontractors' work plans, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with project objectives and safety regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of site activities.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on site.
Comprehend customer requirements on site and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Encourage a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the team's work.
Lead, mentor, and empower the field service technicians team to ensure a high level of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to optimize the team's performance and meet project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Field service experience (2-5 years)
Familiarity with Secure Power products & Data centers.
Ability to plan, and lead project site team and different stack holders.
Flexibility to work in site or office and to adapt on changing work schedules.
