You’ll get to know the company inside and out, rapidly assume responsibility and pursue the targeted development of your personal strengths. During a period of 24 months, you will complete 3 to 6 assignments in various functional area. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as benefit from professional and individual guidance.

You will be rotated amongst the following functional areas:

  • Logistics
  • Material Planning
  • Customer Service
  • Supply Chain Enablement

Your Role

  • Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills – through multifaceted involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business.
  • Benefit from the in-depth guidance of an experienced mentor and senior executives, including regular feedback.
  • Build a broad network within the company, from which you will reap lasting benefits.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Engineering, Supply chain, or any related field with successful academic record
  • Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within a multinational environment (Supply chain experience is a plus)
  • Eager to learn, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development
  • Willingness and drive to become a future leader
