Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of brand marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, marketing, sales, retail stores etc.) to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives, across GCC
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to the Brand Manager.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure that stock levels align with sales forecasts and demands.
  • Support in preparing brand presentations, sales reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Assist visual merchandising and display coordination for the brand across various stores.
  • Assist in planning and organizing in-store events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Handle general office tasks as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand coordination, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Familiarity with fashion and footwear industry trends is a plus.
