Job Description
Key Responsibilities
:
Assist in the execution of brand marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, marketing, sales, retail stores etc.) to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives, across GCC
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to the Brand Manager.
Assist with inventory management and ensure that stock levels align with sales forecasts and demands.
Support in preparing brand presentations, sales reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Assist visual merchandising and display coordination for the brand across various stores.
Assist in planning and organizing in-store events, product launches, and promotions.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on behalf of the General Manager.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Handle general office tasks as assigned
Key Requirements
:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in brand coordination, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
Familiarity with fashion and footwear industry trends is a plus.
