Videographer & Video Editor (on-site)

Job Description

CardoO is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Videographer and Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to work in a team environment. This role will involve conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content, including engaging reels, for various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for various marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, product launches, and engaging reels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience.
• Demonstrate exceptional creativity in your video storytelling and editing techniques.
• Operate camera equipment and lighting setups to capture professional-quality footage.
• Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually appealing and high-quality reels that resonate with our audience.
• Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and technologies, including reel creation best practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Video Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Videographer and Editor with a strong portfolio of creative and engaging video work, including reels.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling videos.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment is a plus.
• Delivering tasks on deadline alongside keeping secure backlog of “work-in-progress” and "finished" projects that are accessible to rest of team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Is proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Prior experience of working in a high growth, fast paced startup is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in English is a must

Work Conditions:

Days - Sundays to thursdays

Hours - 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm

Location - New cairo
