Business Solutions Analyst - Supporting Functions

About The Job

Manage IT & DATA systems and ensure high availability, confidentiality and integrity of systems and its data.

• Manage IT & DATA Operation tasks for SF Functions; Human Resources, Finance and General Secretary
• Ensure smooth operation through effective business partnering.
• Manage applications on a day-to-day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IT & DATA applications in the SF domains to meet business needs.
• Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications responsible domains.
• Identify opportunities for applications’ evolution through innovative thinking.
• Assist in managing internal and external suppliers and other resources.
• Execute activities to ensure compliance with existing laws, regulations, Governance Processes and Internal Control.
  
  

Fulfil business needs through innovation and providing effective and efficient solutions and features.

• Professionally Lead project and manage its risk, quality, resources, schedule, scope Manage project
• Ensure effective change management plans during implementation.
• Identify the business needs, come with suggestions of best practices and ways of working.
• Cross function collaboration for development, execution, and implementation of value-add solutions.
• Animate the improvement of the business processes and applications, through assessment, optimization proposal and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for applications’ evolutions based on his/her analysis of existing applications efficiency and/or propose applications’ optimization actions to meet business needs and IT & DATA standards.
  
  

Effectively manage vendors to provide the most effective and efficient service to the business.

• Challenge business requirement, formulate business case to determine and support the scope and challenge business value of proposed applications’ optimization.
• Get the highest collaboration from vendors and solution with the minimum cost.
  
  

About you

• Education Background Diploma / Degree in IT IS Field/Finance field
• A Business Administration qualification would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years proven relevant experience in a similar role/Finance business role.
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Certification in SAP FI &CO preferred.
