Role Overview:

As our Community Management and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Your expertise will help us drive meaningful interactions and analyze data to continuously improve our social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community interactions.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to streamline operations and track performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Address and resolve community queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create engaging and relevant content in both Arabic and English, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers and building relationships.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or community management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
