Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading mattress factory and licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Manager to join our team. As a family-owned company, our history with Sealy dates back to 1990 when we began importing Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products. With our strong track record and commitment to quality, we have become a prime participant in Sealy's global product offering and a market share player in the industry.

As the Outdoor Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts across the MENA region. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing business strategies, and implementing effective sales plans. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance our customer base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while representing a renowned brand in the bedding industry.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other business partners
  • Identify potential new markets and business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and effective manner

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in outdoor sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility to travel within the MENA region as required
